Structured Development Process

For every development project, Silk Tech conducts detailed requirement analysis with the user before drawing up the system specification. Once the system specification is finalized with the user, Silk Tech will begin development of the application/module. Upon completion, Silk Tech conducts acceptance testing with the user to fine tune the features and performance. Thereafter, Silk Tech will provide training and implementation and the application/module goes 'live'. Since the application/module is developed by Silk Tech, it is easier to ensure compatibility when the main modules at the backend system are upgraded.
