Terms and Conditions
Terms of Warranty Please refer to SilkTech Software License Agreement below.
Prices All our prices are nett. Note that we are a GST-Registered company.
Delivery services Delivery is free for software delivered within Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
Payment Processing We only accept corporate cheque, bank transfer, bank draft and cash.
Cancellation of Orders We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to our inability to deliver the software within the agreed time frame.
Confirmation of Orders We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of order. If order received is incomplete, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

SilkTech Software License Agreement
Grant of LicenseWe hereby grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, right to use the e-Solution Program subject to its terms and conditions as follows:
A. CopyrightThe contents of this Software program are copyrights of Silk Technologies Pte Ltd. No part it may be photocopied, reproduced, stored in any retrieval system, transmitted or copied in any form or by any means (whether mechanical, electronic and otherwise) without prior written permission from Silk Technologies. You may however, make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the written materials accompanying the Software. All copyrights and/or licensing enquires should be directed to Silk Technologies Pte Ltd at 80 Marine Parade Road, #19-06 Parkway Parade, Singapore 449269.
B. Other Restrictions This e-Solution License Agreement is your proof of license to exercise the rights granted herein and must be retained by you. You may not redistributed, sublicense, rent or lease the Software nor reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.
C. Limited Warranty Silk Technologies warrants that (a) the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt.
D. Customer Remedies. Silk Technologies entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Silk Technologies options of either: (a) return of the price paid or (b) repair or replacement of the Software that does not meet Silk Technologies Limited Warranty and that is returned to Silk Technologies with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Software has resulted from mishandling, abuse or misapplication. Any replacement Software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
E. No Other Warranties Except as expressly stated herein, the Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Silk Technologies disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of commercial viability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software and the accompanying written materials. You, the user, bear all risk relating to the quality and performance of the Software.
F. No Liability for Consequential Damages In no event shall Silk Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this e-Solution product, even if Silk Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
G. Effect of Agreement This Agreement embodies, the entire understanding of the parties with respect to, and supercedes any prior understanding or agreement, oral or written, relating to the Software.
