friendly interface and easy to use. Thanks to the English
and Bahasa Indonesia toggle. When I prepare financial report
for the Indonesian tax authority, I can switch to Bahasa
Indonesia.
Prior to
generating financial reports such as Balance Sheet and
Income Statement, I don’t have to post all the transactions,
which enable me to preview financial position whenever
needed as well as make corrections to any mistakes in
journal entry prior to posting. With its security feature I
can setup access rights of each of my staffs, making their

The same
software is also used from our remote operational location
in Irian Jaya. Now I don’t need to assist them entering
their transactions at the head office; they would only need
to send monthly trial balance and in Jakarta I will use

Financial has a very neat interface and easy to use, enable

practical to use, user-friendly and efficient.
The most important

reporting for our school. I use all the available modules
such as A/R, A/P, Cash/Bank Receipt & Payment, Fixed Assets,
Budgeting & Forecasting and also Report Writer to modify the

Previously I was
using DacEasy Accounting (DOS version), but the software
only support single currency transactions and financial
reports can only be generated after posting. Once upgraded
to e-Solution Financial, multi-currency calculation can be
done automatically and no need to manually calculate any
currency difference. Thanks to the reliable multi-currency
system. Reports are also readily available before posting.
This software
also have an auditing system, make it easy for our auditor
to do monthly data audit straight after data entry. The
fixed assets module is also very accurate in calculating
depreciation and I can depend on e-Solution Financial to do
the depreciation journals.

We use e-Solution Financial since 2006 to
prepare the company’s financial statements. Thanks to the
software’s user-friendly interface, it’s easy to use by
anyone, even though the users are not accountants by
training. Training is a breeze to new accounting staffs
after employee’s turnover.
We use three foreign currencies: USD, AUD,
and SGD. Since the system has built-in multicurrency, it
would automatically calculate foreign exchange gain or loss,
freeing us from creating manual adjustment rate.
The reports are very useful for
management since we can preview company’s financial position
at any given time without the need of posting. The financial
reports obtained are balance sheet, income statement,
general ledger and sub ledgers such as AR, AP and Cash/Bank.
We can also obtain Cash Flow report at any given time.
We can also customize our own reporting
according to the company standard using the ReportWriter
provided, exempting us from preparing financial reports in
Excel format. E-Solution can also prepare vouchers which can
