user-defined tender methods such as cash, VISA, including gift vouchers.
You can also have up to three tender methods per transactions.

Will they be able to use the program?
Answer: You can select to use either
the standard or simplified screen. In addition, transactions can be
entered using the barcode scanner coupled with the use of the keyboard.
There is also a function key to activate each function in the program.
Q5. How is data transferred between the head office
and the outlets?
Answer: e-Solution Retail makes use
of low-cost communication methods such as dial-up and the Internet to achieve
simultaneous data replication. You can schedule data replication to take
place during off operating hours.
Q6. Besides retail sales, can I empower my outlets to
carry out other transactions?
Answer: Yes, you can configure
outlets to log in sales orders, collect deposits, perform delivery and
invoicing. Outlets can function as wholesale centers.
Q7. Can I use e-Solution Retail for exhibition sales?
Answer: You can use it when taking
part in exhibitions. However, you must have a telephone line if you intend
to carry out data replication during the exhibition.
Q8. Where else can I deploy e-Solution Retail?
Answer: You can deploy e-Solution
Retail at your sales counters located in departmental stores for capturing of
sales performance and customer information. For this purpose, you may omit
the POS devices and install the program on notebook computers that do not occupy
too much space.
Q9. How can I ensure
that cash collected are correctly accounted for?
Answer: e-Solution Retail comes with
cash reconciliation function that allows cashiers to tally actual cash with the
system-recorded amount. You can make use of this functionality during
change of shifts to ensure proper handling over of duty.
Q10. Can e-Solution Retail
deal with refund and goods exchange?
Answer: Yes, subject to retail
preference settings, you can allow outlets to carry out refund and goods
exchange transactions.

Retail for retailing of goods with serial number?

Q14. Sometimes I sell two or

up of the items you intend to bundle together.
Q15. How can I ensure that
there are sufficient stocks at my outlets?
Answer: For each outlet, you can
define the replenish level and quantity for each product item based on its sales
performance. You can then run a report to determine which items need to be
replenished.
Q16. Can I change the design
of the retail sales receipt?
Answer: e-Solution Retail comes with
a receipt that can readily be used. However, you can request your
consultants to make modification to it during implementation.
