Dynamic Physical Inventory
e-Solution Distribution features the Dynamic way of processing stock
count to minimize disruption to the daily transaction during the stock
count process. Entry of physical inventory count results can be done
concurrently with daily transactions that occur after the stock count
date. In other words, daily operations can resume soon after the
physical count is done.
This is
possible because the program takes a snap shot of the inventory
quantities at the beginning of the stock count thus allowing user to continue with entry
of daily transactions. At the end of the physical inventory entry, the
program compares the quantity entered and the snap shot quantity to
determine the adjustment required.
