Is
Communicator a stand-alone or a plug-in email program?

a stand-alone or plug-in email program.

it is a Stand-alone multi-channel communication program with built-in
contact address book.

Is your
software a bulk-mailing application?

Will ad
be appended to messages in the registered versions of Communicator?
No, there will
be no ad appended to emails, fax or sms message in the registered
versions of Communicator.
How do
I register and activate Communicator?
If you are using
the Communicator for the 1st time, when you double on the Communicator
icon at the desktop, the registration screen will pop-up. Enter the
product key and select an appropriate channel to send your registration.
Click next and enter your company information. Once you finish click
next and click the send button to send your registration. Once we
receive your registration, we will process it and you will receive the
activation code within 24 hours. If you are using the communicator as a
trial version and decided to purchase a copy, you need to register with
us. Please click on the Help button on the menu bar and select
“Registration”. Follow the screen instructions.
Do you
offer a Trial CD?
Yes, we do have
a Trial CD of the software. But however we only provide a 15-day free
trial period upon installation, so that you can test the software on
your particular hardware and software setup. After the 15 days, you have
an option whether to purchase it or not.
Can I
purchase Communicator on CDs?
Yes, you can
purchase Communicator CDs from our authorised reseller.
Do I
need to download Communicator again when I purchase it?
You do not need
to download the Communicator again when you purchase it; you just need
to put in the Product Key and Activation code for the software.
Can
Communicator receive email?
No. Communicator
is not an email client program like Outlook Express. Communicaor is a
multi-channel broadcasting software that allows you to send personalized
email, fax and sms to large number of people.
I found
a bug in Communicator. What should I do?
We know that any
complicated program in the world will have bugs, but we are doing the
best we can in order to make Communicator bug-free! If you found a bug,
please check out the User Forum and post your report there. When
reporting bugs, please include as much detailed information as you can
about what you did to trigger the problem. If communicator crashed, try
to include exact steps on what you were doing at the time it crashed,
especially if you can reproduce it. Reproduce able bugs are much easier
to fix than bugs that show up sometimes, and are gone at others.
Is
communicator available in my language?
Communicator is
currently available in English only. We will be working on full Unicode
support in the near future.

Communicator
Message Template Designer allows you to create new message template and
managing of message template you need for your business communication
such as sending fax, email and sms broadcast in one system.

Communicator
Broadcast Scheduler allows you to schedule, track, manage, and maintain
all your email, fax and sms broadcasting activities.

Communicator Template Manager?
The Communicator
Template Manager contains all your created template messages. From here
you can select a template to be used for your next broadcast campaign.
For more information, you can press the F1 key or select the help button
under the communicator menu bar.

Simple Schedule is a one-time schedule, which allows setting the date &
time on when you want to send the message out to your recipients.

Advance Schedule is a recurrence schedule, which allows you to set the
message to broadcast in Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or even
yearly.
